- 50 g (¼ cup) onion, grated
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small egg (55 g)
- 50 g (½ cup) breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with grated onion, oregano, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Shape into small patties and let them rest for 10–15 minutes. Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking while shaping.
- Cook the patties on a grill pan or skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
