Raspberry Shake with Collagen

~Supporting skin, hair, nails and joints~
Collagen is a fibrous protein found in the body’s connective tissues, but its role goes beyond that. It helps build cartilage, tendons, and ligaments, and is an essential protein component of bones and teeth. Collagen also contributes to firmer, more youthful-looking skin. As we age, the body’s ability to produce collagen naturally declines, which can lead to joint and muscle discomfort, wrinkles, and weakened bones.
This shake is a delicious way to boost your protein intake while supporting skin, hair, nails, and joints. Collagen powder adds extra protein to help with muscle repair and overall wellness.
