Detox Smoothie

~Apple, blueberries and mango power~

In today’s environment, our bodies are constantly exposed to various stressors, pollutants, and dietary toxins. While the liver and kidneys naturally perform the vital role of detoxification, providing additional support through nutrient-dense foods can enhance their efficiency and overall well-being. This smoothie is formulated with carefully selected ingredients known for their cleansing and restorative properties. Parsley contributes chlorophyll and essential vitamins, mustard seed powder supports digestion and metabolism, while blueberries and apples supply powerful antioxidants. The result is a refreshing, nutrient-rich beverage that complements the body’s natural detox processes, leaving you feeling revitalized and energized.
