Garam Masala
~An aromatic blend for bold Indian flavors~
Few spice blends evoke the warmth and depth of Indian cuisine quite like garam masala. The name itself is telling: “garam” in Hindi means “hot” or “warming,” and “masala” refers to a mixture of spices. Together, garam masala is designed to warm the body, awaken the senses, and bring balance to meals.

- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp ground cloves

Instructions
- Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
- Transfer the garam masala to an airtight container or spice jar.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months to maintain freshness.
