Raw Energy Bites

~quick recipe~

These energy bites are a delicious combination of almonds, oats, peanut butter, and dark chocolate. They are naturally sweetened, rich in healthy fats, and make a convenient snack when you need a quick boost of energy.

There’s no baking involved, and the whole recipe comes together in about 10 minutes.

Why You’ll Love These Energy Bites

  • No baking required — just blend, roll, and chill.
  • Simple ingredients you’re likely to already have in your kitchen.
  • Naturally sweetened with a small amount of maple syrup.
  • Rich in healthy fats and fiber from almonds, oats, and peanut butter.
  • Easy to take with you for a quick snack during the day.
  • Chocolatey without being overly sweet.

The Recipe:

Servings: 6 | Total Time: 10 minutes + chilling time

Ingredients:

  • 30 g raw almonds
  • 20 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1–2 tbsp water
  • 5 g dark chocolate, grated, or crushed almonds for coating

Instructions:

  1. Add the almonds, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and sea salt to a food processor.
  2. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Coat each energy bite with grated dark chocolate or crushed almonds for extra texture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

A Simple Snack to Keep in the Fridge

These energy bites are especially handy when you want something quick without having to prepare a full snack. Make a batch ahead of time and keep them chilled so you have something ready when hunger hits.

They’re also easy to customize. You can use more or less cocoa depending on how chocolatey you like them, switch the almond coating for dark chocolate, or add your favorite seeds or nuts for extra texture.
