Ingredients
- 1 red apple, diced
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tightly packed cup fresh parsley
- 1 red radish
- 1 tsp mustard seed powder
- 1 cup water, coconut water, or fresh apple juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water, coconut water, or apple juice.
- Taste and adjust—reduce mustard seed powder or parsley if the flavor feels too strong.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Tips: Use only ½ cup parsley and ½ tsp mustard seed powder if you’re not used to the taste.
