- 35 g almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Splash of water, if needed
Chocolate Coating:
- 65 g dark chocolate chips
- 5 g coconut oil
Optional:
- Cacao nibs for topping
Instructions
- Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes if needed, then drain.
- Blend all chocolate ball ingredients in a food processor until sticky and combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil. Dip each ball into the chocolate and return to the tray.
