  • 1 tbsp (15 g) ground flaxseed

  • 35 g almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Splash of water, if needed

Chocolate Coating:

  • 65 g dark chocolate chips
  • 5 g coconut oil

Optional:

  • Cacao nibs for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes if needed, then drain.
  2. Blend all chocolate ball ingredients in a food processor until sticky and combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
